We’re Oregon Producers of Bigleaf Maple Syrup. Locally tapped and produced at Condea’s Farm in Clatskanie, Oregon, our syrup is made from 100% pure bigleaf maple sap. It takes 80 to 100 gallons of sap to produce just one gallon of syrup—twice the amount needed for East Coast sugar maples.
