Portlazon is a marketplace. To fulfill your order, we share certain information with the seller(s) you buy from. We also share information with service providers that help us operate.

• With sellers: your name, shipping address, and order details needed to fulfill and support the order.
• With service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support tools, payment processing, and shipping/label services (when used).
• For legal reasons: if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Platform.

Sellers are independent businesses and may have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review seller policies on product pages.

If you opt in, we may send you emails about new sellers, new arrivals, and marketplace updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data.

Portlazon is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
